Following the success of his south coast, Mollymook location, Rick Stein’s signature restaurant has arrived in Port Stephens. Located within a 98,000-hectare marine park and inspired by the unique aquaculture of the region, this is the finest locally sourced seafood, simply prepared.
Alternatively, guests can choose to drift away by the infinity pool with endless views, classic cocktails and fused Mediterranean and modern Australian dishes in the stunning Terrace Bar, or simply relax and enjoy great food, drinks and fun at Bannisters Tavern. SPORTS BAR & TAVERN
Just 50 metres from the beach, The Tavern has a traditional pub atmosphere serving Bannisters’ versions of classic pub favourites from bangers and mash to schnitzels. The Tavern is open to the public from 12pm, 7 days a week with the lunch being served from 12.30pm- 3pm and dinner from 6pm-9pm. Perfect for great drinks and awesome pub food.
